Understanding this reality, our Bureau’s Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector plays a key role in achieving the Bureau’s mission and ensuring citizen satisfaction. Under my leadership, this sector operates by relying on three major pillars:
- Software and System Development: We are working extensively to transform our institution’s manual operations into modern systems. This ensures that information is easily organized and that service delivery is conducted with transparency and accountability. The software applications we develop are designed to reduce user burden and save time.
- ICT Infrastructure Deployment and Administration: A robust infrastructure network is essential for any technology service to be reliable. Our directorate works tirelessly to ensure fast and secure information exchange by deploying network connections, organizing Data Centers, and maintaining Cyber Security.
- ICT Equipment Maintenance and Refurbishment: Proper resource utilization is our core principle. We implement Preventive Maintenance to ensure the institution’s technology equipment serves for a long duration without failure. Furthermore, we provide rapid responses when breakdowns occur to ensure there are no work interruptions.
In general, the integrated operation of these three components accelerates our institution’s journey toward digital transformation. We are determined to provide you with superior service by continuously introducing new technologies in the future.
